The Brief

The Eastbourne branch of Prontaprint asked us to design and send a 6-month email campaign, aimed at generating repeat business from their existing client base.

The Project

At the initial meeting, Julie and Bryan were very clear about the aim of the project. They had previously tried advertising in offline media but found that it was not cost effective. We worked with them to plan a 6-month campaign to test the effectiveness of email marketing.

Being a design and print business, the Prontaprint brand is already very strong and has a well-defined image. We needed to ensure that the right message was delivered without compromising the existing brand.

Since the Prontaprint brand has a strong recognition, we felt that the illustrations would already engage with the target audience. For maximum impact, we combined these with a simple and clear promotional message.

Vanessa and Christian worked on this project. Vanessa worked with the client to plan each mailer, and Christian did all the design work. The mailers were distributed using our in-house mailout system.

End Result

At the end of the 6 month campaign, the client had a 30% increase in enquiries about the active promotion. We are now working with Prontaprint on a 12-month campaign.
