Web Developer

Job Description

We are looking for two full time web developers to join our busy digital agency in Eastbourne. You will work on a huge variety of web and mobile projects including small design-led jobs, mobile application development on iOS and Android, bespoke ecommerce and productivity systems, plus the whole spectrum of internet marketing.

Although your core work will be developing websites in PHP5 and MySQL with HTML/CSS, you will need to be highly adaptable with good problem solving skills.

You'll be working on systems which use a combination of technologies. If you don't already have knowledge of Javascript, Java, or Objective C, you'll get the opportunity to learn them on the job as we'll give you appropriate training and support.

Experience of the following is useful but not essential: source control, jQuery, Linux server administration, API integration.

We're not interested in your design ability or whether you can use Photoshop!

Remuneration

£16k - £24k depending on experience – we're looking for graduates or juniors with no experience and those with a couple of years under their belt.

You will get 24 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays.
