With 80% of people in the UK researching their purchases online, it’s absolutely crucial that your website correctly reflects your business and leaves the right first impression. It must also be fast and easy to navigate, answer your customer’s questions, and encourage them to purchase or contact you.
We love making beautiful websites, but our main goal is to use evidence-based design to increase your conversion rate, producing more leads, orders, and revenue.
How long does it take to build a website?
Usually, it takes 2 or 3 months from start to finish. We can work quicker if you’re on a deadline, but we always prioritise quality over time. If you really must hit a deadline, it’s better to drop a feature than compromise on quality.
How much does it cost to build a website?
We benchmark our fees against industry figures to make sure we’re good value.
You should budget between £3,000 and £20,000 excluding VAT. If you have a bigger project, we would recommend splitting it into phases so that you get a return on investment quicker.
Web hosting costs are usually around £30+VAT per month. Web apps and ecommerce systems usually have a larger monthly cost because they are more complicated and require more support.
For email, we recommend a cloud suite such as Google Apps for Work, Microsoft Office 365, or Amazon Workmail. These are all similarly priced at around £4+VAT per user per month.
