Meet the Team

As a team, we actually like each other and get on. We've recently transitioned to fully remote working, but some of our employees make use of the coworking space we have available in Eastbourne.

Christian
Graphic Designer

Christian is our Graphics Designer and has been with us for over 11 years. He provides graphic design services to our clients and you'll see his work in all of our Switchplane imagery and videos too.

Dean
Developer

Dean is a front-end-focused developer, which means he mainly works on what users see and interact with on screen. He's been with the team nearly 8 years.

Donna
Operations Manager

Donna's our Operations Manager and has been at Switchplane for 3.5 years. She gets involved in everything that needs doing, from GDPR and bookkeeping to writing marketing content for our SaaS products.

Garry
Head of Marketing

Garry's our Head of Marketing and is first point of enquiry for new clients. He runs marketing projects for Switchplane, for our SaaS products, and for our clients.

Geoff
Office Manager

Geoff keeps on top of everything in the office and manages our invoices and bookkeeping. He's our nominee for #bakeoff2022!

Joel
Director

Joel, one of our two directors, founded Switchplane in 2003. His focus is more on the commercial side of the business, but he still enjoys writing code on a daily basis too.

Kev
Product Owner

Kev is our Product Owner, which means he plans and wireframes features and works out the roadmap of development for our software clients. He's been on the team for 18 months.

Lewis
Developer

Lewis joined us straight from college 5 years ago and his expertise has gone from strength to strength as a developer. As well as back-end dev work and project management, he has a keen interest in DevOps and enjoys working on our SaaS products.

Sarah B
HR Officer

Sarah B is our HR Officer. She deals with all things recruitment, engagement and performance management - and makes sure we're all hanging on in there during the pandemic!

Sarah C
Project & Process Manager / Marketing Executive

Sarah C's been on the team just over 3 years and keeps all of our people and projects moving. She's involved in our marketing projects and does much of our content writing.

Steve
Developer

Steve's been a developer at Switchplane for just over 4 years. He has a lot of experience building websites, software, apps and APIs, and has great attention to detail. Plus he just got a new puppy! 🐶

Tom
Director

Tom, one of our two directors, founded Switchplane in 2003. He focuses on leading the development team and advancing our technology. There's no dev problem he can't solve!

Tom P
Developer

Tom P joined the team nearly 2 years ago and is heavily involved in running our internal development projects and working on our SaaS products. He's our champ for reusable code and documentation.
