We’ve identified that the majority of our business comes from referrals. To make sure we provide those referring to us with a proper ‘thank you’, we have a referral programme in place.
What does the referral programme involve?
If you introduce us to a business that goes on to become a client, you’ll receive a £1000+VAT reward when they successfully sign paperwork to start working with us.
You’ll then receive a further £1000+VAT each year, paid in the anniversary month, for as long as that client continues active development work with us (spending a minimum of £1000 + VAT per month).
Simply keep an eye out for suitable businesses during your day-to-day work and let us know if you have a potential referral.
We’ll send occasional updates on our work, what we’re looking for, and opportunities to connect at relevant events.
What does an ideal Switchplane client look like?
We work with owner-managed SMEs who want to improve how their business operates.
They are typically:
- Directors, MDs, or CEOs
- Operating in sectors like construction, manufacturing, or other operational industries
- Dealing with real-world complexity in how their jobs are delivered
They value working with a partner who:
